SIT WITH SEEDS

On this #GivingTuesday (Dec 1st) you are cordially invited to join Seeds of Awareness for a FREE VIRTUAL DAY of Meditation and Movement. We invite you to come gather and practice together through three unique offerings over the course of the day: Mindful Movement, Heartfulness Cultivation, and Mindful Motivation.

Let us celebrate you, beloved community, for the ongoing support and generosity you’ve offered our Seeds family for years. We also invite you to plan to donate to Seeds on Giving Tuesday to help us continue helping hundreds of children and families who may not otherwise access the level of mental health and social emotional support.

COME CONNECT WITH NEW OR REUNITE WITH OLD FRIENDS! ALL ARE WELCOME. YOU MUST REGISTER IN ADVANCE TO RECEIVE THE VIRTUAL MEETING LINK.

For those who may not be able to join us, but would still like to feel connected, we invite you to participate as #GivingTuesday Ambassadors by sharing this invitation to all of your networks! May the power of our generosity bring necessary funds and renew essential connections for our collective healing. We hope to see you there!
