Sasha Wright, LCSW is a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor serving the diverse communities of the East Bay. She has been practicing clinical social work for a decade with adults, teens, groups, and families in community agencies, and currently is in private practice. Sasha’s orientation to stewarding wellbeing and wholeness is somatic and psychodynamic, and informed by a neurobiological understanding of trauma resolution. She incorporates cognitive, mindfulness-based, and nature-based modalities into a systems framework with a social justice lens. Sasha’s aim as a therapist, supervisor, and facilitator is to affirm people in their innate ability to strengthen inner resources and reveal their own solutions.

Sasha practices Hakomi Method and Somatic Attachment Therapy, and frequently assists in trainings with the Hakomi Institute of California. Sasha is also a dancer, an illustrator, a writer, and a humble apprentice of the wild and natural world.
