Sarwang is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and received his MA in Integral Counseling Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies. He has extensive experience and practice in mindfulness and integrates this lens into a clinical approach with a sensitivity to trauma and socio-cultural identity.
Sarwang has been working therapeutically with adults, youth and families across cultures for over a decade in a variety of clinical, school-based and community settings. He is passionately committed towards integrating social justice and personal healing through the lens of mindfulness. This is the same spirit that he weaves into the culture of Seeds of Awareness.
He is excited to bring socio-emotional education and mindfulness out of the box, making these essential resources more accessible to all people. Sarwang loves to work creatively and collaboratively with individuals and groups; fostering an embodied experience of awareness, choice and change.
