Jennifer is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and received her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sonoma State University. Jennifer integrates her own extensive mindfulness practice, trauma-informed perspectives, and genuine curiosity and wonder to her work with youth. She approaches sitting with clients with deep presence and spaciousness for them to be seen and heard for all of who they are, as well as unwavering enthusiasm and championing for what they seek to create in the world.

Jennifer is passionate about working with people who hold multicultural and marginalized identities. She is honored to facilitate the process of youth and adults of all ages learning to embody more personal power, dignity, and deep respect for themselves and all the ways they are learning to survive and thrive in the world. She supports youth in deepening connection to self, community, nature, and the larger society. Jennifer believes in the power of compassion and joy in forging a path towards more personal and collective resilience. Her approach is warm and collaborative, gentle and direct, engaged and deeply affirming.
