Dr. Ellen Lanzone is a psychologist who has worked for close to two decades in the
field of community mental health in Northern and Southern California. For over a
decade she has worked at Girls Inc. of Alameda County, where she managed a
clinical psychology training program for interns and trainees. She also conducted
psychotherapy and provided supervision. Ellen provided consultation to mentors
working with Commercially Sexually Exploited Children (CSEC) Mentees as part of
the Alameda County CSEC Mentoring and Outreach Project in coordination with
MISSSEY. She also provided consultation to child aides providing PIP and Second
Step services in schools of San Leandro Unified School District as part of the Early
Mental Health Initiative program. Ellen has a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from
John F. Kennedy University.
