Christie (she/her) has an incessant curiosity about the interdependent relationship between mental and physical health – especially while enduring chronic and/or acute stress. Through personal experience and professional training, Christie embraces the undeniable connection between mind and body. She and her family have incorporated mindfulness into their daily routines for years and are humbled by the minimal effort it takes to create positive change. At the top of Christie’s wish list is finding creative ways to get humans (big and small) off screens, and into nature.
