Caitlin Marvaso is an Expressive Arts Therapist, and a Dance Teacher who loves to use different modalities to help her clients connect with their most authentic truth.
She works with children, and adults of all ages, specializing in grief counseling, relationships, low self-esteem, depression, suicidal ideation, and specifically works with women that were not properly fathered. She works with attachment styles to help her clients build strong and balanced relationships with themselves and with the world around them. Her focus is to help clients discover, heal, and build a relationship with self so that they can reclaim their own sense of inner strength and joy in their lives.
The modalities she works with are solution focused, cognitive behavioral talk therapy, dance and movement therapy, art therapy, sand play therapy. She also runs peer support groups for people experiencing grief and loss from a recent death in their lives.
