Audre is a MFT graduate of The Wright Institute in Berkeley CA. Audre has a passion working with children and families. She has worked as a camp counselor, nanny, “big sister”, program coordinator, and therapist. Audre has particular competencies in grief and loss, Illness, and sexuality. She believes working collaboratively is key to a therapeutic relationship. She understands therapy as an evolving relationship, it can be short-term or long-term, and it starts with the connection the client and therapist build together. Audre is thankful for her work, takes all moments she has with her clients honorably and feels grateful to be a part of the SEEDS team. Aside from therapy, she enjoys coloring, singing karaoke, traveling, live music and playing with her cat, Lola.
