Alicia fell in love with wild places at a young age while she played in creeks and forests in rural Michigan. Her family moved to the suburbs after that and when she left home at the age of 17 it was always visions of nature and community that drove her. She became an avid backpacker, world traveler and farmer until she decided to settle down in the east bay to pursue ecotherapy training. Alicia just completed a 7 month long wilderness therapy apprenticeship and is excited to continue her education at a local college while working with fiddle heads.
